The company is part of the Cape Gate group.
Through its subsidiary, Yehuda Fences, the company built the fence around Gaza, and supplied fences for the seam-line separation project and the Separation Wall around Jerusalem and in the area of Mehola junction (Gilboa).
Yehuda fences also supplied fences for the fencing of apartheid roads, including the Cross Shomron Highway (road no. 5), leading to the settlement of Ariel, road no. 443 and the Tunnels Road, which connects the settlements of Gush Etzion and Jerusalem. In addition, the company supplied fences for the Hawara checkpoint near Nabulus, which is located on apartheid highway no. 60, and to the Nuaman (Masmuria) Checkpoint near Beit Sahour.
Yehuda fences are also used in the settlements' industrial zones of Barkan, Ariel and Sha'ar Binyamin, and are installed in the perimeter of Israeli settlements in the West Bank, including Alfei Menashe, Ariel, Karnei Shomron, Kedar, Mehola, Modi'in Illit, Sha'arei Tikva and Oranit. In Karnei Shomron, the fence incorporates electronic detection systems by Magal. In addition, the company installed fences around Israeli installations inside settlements in the West Bank, including Ariel, Argaman (in the Jordan Valley), Beitar Illit, Oranit, Beit Horon and Revava. In Ariel, the company also fenced the Israeli police station.
The company also installed fences in Israeli settlements neighborhoods in East Jerusalem, such as Ramat Shlomo, Armon HaNatziv, Shu'afat Hill (facing Gilo), Neve Ya'akov and Har Homa. Additionally, the company provided fences and surveillance camera towers for the light rail compound in East Jerusalem.
The security projects carried out by Yehuda Welded Mesh include developing the fence between Israel and Egypt, installing the same fence in the border with Syria, and fencing of top-secrete security facilities and Israeli army bases. Recently, Yehuda Welded Mesh manufactured and supplied special "portable bonkers" for the Israeli army.
Yehuda Welded Mesh is fully owned by D.B.I.C. International finance and management, which is owned by D.B.I.C International. 17% of D.B.I.C International is owned by Cape Gate Holdings (South Africa) and 83% of the company is owned by Miriam Lated.
Yehuda Welded Mesh (or the Yehuda group) operates ten industrial factories within Israel.
The company fully owns Yehuda Steel (Yehuda Pladot), Yehuda Fences (Yehuda Gderot), Barzelan and Pacific waters.
Yehuda fences' products are installed in Israeli cities as well as in settlements, in security facilities, in roads, and overseas in nuclear reactor facilities in the US and Canada, banks in the UK, and power stations in Turkmenistan and Al-Salvador.
Yehuda welded mesh is a business partner of Hamashbir Agriculture.
