A privately owned Israeli stone quarry located in the occupied West Bank.

The quarry is located on the lands of the Palestinian village ad-Dhahiriya. According to the Detailed Outline Plan 52/30 for the quarry, the quarry takes up 398 dunams of occupied land.

Until June 2015, the Yatir quarry was jointly owned by Kfar Giladi Quarries, an Israeli quarrying company owned by Kibbutz Kfar Giladi, and Lime and Stone Production, one of the largest manufacturers of quarry materials in the Israeli market and a subsidiary of the Mexican multinational Cemex.
