An Israeli development and construction company.

The company was involved in the planning and developing of a new settlement called Yael Hill (Giv'at Yael)in the south-western outskirts of Jerusalem, on the lands of the Palestinian village of WalajaWhen completed, this new settlement was supposed to connect the settlement block of Gush Etzion with the city of Jerusalem.

The construction of Givat Yael was halted by a verdict of the Israeli High Court of Justice in 2011. The HCJ approved a route of the Separation Wall, which expropriated privately owned lands of the residents of Walaja, but on the other hand, left some of lands allegedly own by Yael Hill in the Palestinian side of the wall, detaching them from Jerusalem and making the construction program unprofitable.
