In 2022, Y.D. Barazani won a tender by Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation for the construction of a Depot in the Malha neighborhood in the western part of the city. The depot is part of the blue line of Jerusalem’s Light rail, which connects the northern settlement of Ramot to the southern settlement of Gilo.

Also in 2022, the company won a tender by Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation for conducting infrastructure, paving and development work in Road 17 and in Road 117 in the neighborhood of Umm Tuba in East Jerusalem.

In 2021, the company won a tender by Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation for conducting  infrastructure, construction, paving and development work in the Rosemary junction as part of section 10 the blue line of Jerusalem’s Light Rail.

In June 2019, the company won a tender issued by Moriah Jerusalem Development Corporation to carry out infrastructure, construction, paving and development work in Section 16 of the Green Line of the Jerusalem light rail in the Gilo settlement neighborhood.

Through its subsidiary, Netivei Adumit, the company owns and operates a quarry and an asphalt factory next to the Mishor Adumim settlement industrial zone.

In 2014, the company also won an Israel Land Administration tender to build 38 housing units in the settlement of Geva Binyamin (Adam) in the occupied West Bank.

In 2010 and 2012,  a full subsidiary of the company, Y.D. Barazani Real Estate and Construction, built 12 and 18  housing units, respectively, in the Pisgat Ze’ev settlement neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem.

Between the years 2008-2010, The company carried out development and infrastructure work in the settlements of Har Adar, Beit Aryeh, Har Gilo, Kalia and Efrat in the West Bank, paved roads in settlement neighborhood in Talpiot East in East Jerusalem, A study hall in Beit El settlement and a cemetery near the Mishor Adumim settlement industrial zone.

Between the years 2007-2010, the company also paved a section of Route 1 between Mishor Adumim and the Mitzpe Yeriho settlement, and Route 20, which connects Route 1 to Route 443.
