A publicly-traded US-based manufacturer of heavy machinery for the construction, quarrying, recycling and transportation industries. The company manufactures and markets aerial work platforms, construction cranes, materials processing and mining equipment and road-building and utility products.

Terex track excavators were used during demolitions in the Palestinian neighborhoods of At-Tur and Beit Hanina in occupied East Jerusalem.

Terex trucks were also used by private contractors for the construction of the Separation Wall on the land of the Palestinian villages of Ni’lin and Ras A-Tira in the occupied West Bank. They were also documented in the construction of the Tel Aviv-Jerusalem Fast Train (A1), which crosses the Green Line into occupied territory in two sections.

Terex Amida floodlights are used in construction sites along the Separation Wall and in checkpoints. For instance, Amida equipment was used in the construction of the checkpoint near Ofer prison and the Deir Sharaf checkpoint in the West Bank. Terex equipment was also used in Shaar Efraim checkpoint.
