The company manufactures construction materials and executes infrastructure and construction projects.
It operates a plant and a stone quarry in Mishor Edomim industrial zone, which is a settlement in the occupied West Bank and has built infrastructure as a subcontractor in the West Bank settlement of Beithar Illit.

The company employs Palestinian workers in exploitative conditions. According to WAC Maan, the workers, some of whom have been employed at the factory for over 30 years, suffered from violations of health and safety regulations and humiliating labor relations.

The company did not protect the workers from the quarry's dust or preformed regular inspections to monitor the pollution level. Some of the Palestinian workers living in Area C, received no pay slips and had no health insurance.

In May 2007, the workers have affiliated themselves with the Independent Trade Union WAC Maan in order to improve their employment conditions.
