A publicly traded Israeli company specializing in communication infrastructure, renewable energy, security and civil engineering.

In 2004, 2007 and 2011, the company won a tender published by the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD) to provide army bases with cables and optic fibers to ensure the coverage of 95% of communication infrastructure in army bases on ground, air and water.

In 2007, company subsidiary Harel Antennas Ltd won a tender to provide the Israeli army with communication and monitoring towers.

In 2017 and 2018, the company won tenders to provide services for the IMOD, which include the construction and maintenance of communication infrastructures in army bases.

In 2018, the company signed an agreement with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) to build military data centers as part of an IMOD tender.

On its website, the company states: “We supplied support and maintenance services during all of Israel’s wars, since the foundation of the company, and have received accolades for our quick response in the field, our service to all of the units involved, and for being available to respond all hours of the day.”

In May 2018, Nextcom and the public company Minrav signed an agreement with Emek Habacha Wind Energy Ltd to build and operate a wind energy project in the occupied Syrian Golan that will generate 96 MW of electricity through 30 wind turbines. The companies will operate and maintain the project estimated at 136 million NIS, for a period of 20 years through a joint venture.

Emek Habacha Wind Energy Ltd is jointly held by Kinetic Energies- Alternative Electrical Energies (60%) and E.A. Ben Dov Emek Habacha (40%).



Ownership

Guy Israeli, who serves as CEO and president of the company, owns 62.37% of the shares.
