Mordechai Aviv Construction Industries

The company constructs several housing projects in settlements in the West Bank, including Ma’ale Adumim and Pisgat Ze’ev, and in the settlement neighborhoods of Jerusalem including Homat Shmuel (Har Homa), Givat Ze’ev and Talpiot East.

The company owns factories for the manufacturing and processing of building materials, a garage and a warehouse on a 7.5 dunam plot in its possession in the Atarot Industrial Zone, which is a settlement in the occupied Palestinian territory. The company’s real estate asset in the occupied Palestinian land of Atarot has generated 1 million NIS in 2013 alone. The land is in full ownership of the company until 2023 and it is subject to renewal of ownership vis-à-vis the Israeli land Adminstraion for another 49 years.

In addition, the company has constructed Ma’aleh Adumim City Hall, and owned Adumim Mall, Ma’ale Adumim’s shopping mall, until March 2006.

Ownership

Shareholders include: Aviv Moredechai, Aviv Yael, Aviv Asaf, Aviv Oren, and the Israeli Discount Bank Nominee company.

Subsidiaries

Mordechai Aviv Construction Factories, a full subsidiary and a contractor for the “mother company” (100%), Tavasz Invest (100%), a Hungarian construction company and Pilpelon Center (38%).
