A development and construction company. The company constructs several housing projects in settlements in the West Bank, including Ma'aleh Adumim and Pisgat Ze'ev, and in the settlement neighborhoods of Jerusalem including Homat Shmuel, Giva'at Ze'ev and Talpiot East.
The company constructed Ma'aleh Adumim City Hall, and owned Adumim Mall, Ma'aleh Adumim's shopping mall, until it was sold to British Israel Investments in March 2006.
In addition, The company owns factories for the manufacturing and processing of building materials, a garage and a warehouse on a 7.5 dunam plot in its possession in the Atarot Industrial Zone, which is a settlement in the occupied territories.
Main shareholders: Mordechai, Ya'el, Asaf, Oren and Aya Aviv (55.84%), and 7.51% by Helman-Aldobi Provident Funds (formerly Bank Yahav).
Subsidiaries include: Mordechai Aviv Construction Factories (98.8%), a contractor for the "mother company"; Tavasz Invest (100%), a Hungarian construction company; Pilpelon Center (38%).
