A development, construction and real estate company, which constructed some of the prominent commercial and public buildings in Israel. The company constructed a housing project and a commercial center (19 shops) in the settlement neighborhood of Homat Shmuel in Jerusalem.
The company develops construction projects in Europe, India and Panama as well.
Main shareholders: Shaul Lotan (53.44%) and Migdal Insurance and Finance Holdings (10.58%), one of Israel's largest insurance companies.
Subsidiaries: Nanette (21%), a developer of residential projects in Eastern Europe, holds 28 companies, (other major shareholders are: 14.78% the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners).
Eliahu Faber Building and Civil Engineering, a subsidiary fully owned by Meshulam Levinstein Group, constructed the housing and commercial projects in Homat Shmuel as well as housing projects in England.
The company also constructed a cement factory in Nesher for Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises, a monopoly company which provides cement for the construction of the separation wall, checkpoints, West Bank settlements and Israeli construction in the occupied territories.
