Kiryat Sefer (Diur Modi’in)

The company developed Kiryat Sefer, the first neighborhood of the Modi’in Illit settlement, which is located on occupied Palestinian land belonging to the villages of Bil’in, Deir Qaddis and Ni’lin.

The company built and markets a luxurious residential project called “Nofei Illit” in Modi’in Illit settlement. The project is accompanied by Leumi Bank.

The company has a 50% stake in Kiryat Sefer Development and Construction 2000, a private Israeli development company that develops projects in the Neot Pisga neighborhood in Modiin Illit settlement under the framework of Local Outline Plan 210/4/2, which refers to the lands of the Palestinian villages of Bil’in and Kharbatha. Leumi Bank and Hapoalim Bank accompany the projects.

Shareholders: N.M.S.R. Management and Investments, N.M.T.I. Management and Investments, N.M.A.R.N. Management and Investments, and N.M.K.O.R. Management and Investments.

Subsidiaries

The company has a 50% stake in Kiryat Sefer – Development and Construction 2000. The remaining 50% are held by KRSL Investments and Management.
