The bank provides loans for construction projects in settlements. 

Bank of Jerusalem is accompanying a 80 housing units project of the Israeli company Traklin Yizum Ubniya in Beitar Illit settlement.

Bank of Jerusalem is accompanying a housing project of 28 housing units of the Israeli construction company A. Barkan in Hadagan hill in the settlement of Efrat.

Bank of Jerusalem is accompanying a project of 52 housing units by the Israeli construction company Shlomo Cohen Building in Gilo Hillsides West.
Bank of Jerusalem is also accompanying a project of 60 housing units of the Israeli construction company Haim Zaken Construction and Investments, in Gilo Hillsides West. 

In previous years, the Bank of Jerusalem provided financial accompaniment to the following project in the settlements: 40 housing units in Lev Adumim construction project in Ma'ale Adumim, conducted by Shlomo Cohen construction company; financial support for the construction of 152 housing units in the settlement neighborhood of Ramot in East Jerusalem; financial support for seven buildings with 42 housing units in Givat Ze'ev settlement, conducted by David Kenig construction company.

The bank provides loans for homebuyers in settlements and provides loans for Israeli businesses operating in the occupied territory.

The bank has branches in the settlements of Beitar Illit and Modi’in Illit and in the settlement neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev in East Jerusalem.
