An Israeli construction and development company predominantly active beyond the Green Line. The company constructed multiple housing projects in the settlements of Beitar Illit, Givat Zeev and Ma’ale Adumim and in settlement neighborhoods of Har Homa (Homat Shmuel), Gilo and Pisgat Zeev in occupied East Jerusalem. According to company publications, these projects include thousands of populated housing units: 110 apartments in Ma’ale Adumim, 112 in Givat Zeev, 102 in Gilo, 70 in Har Homa, 142 in Pisgat Zeev and 922 units in Beitar Illit. Currently, the company is building new housing projects in Har Homa and Beitar Illit.

The company also constructed a 8,000 square meters mall in Beitar Illit. It wholly owns the mall and rents out some of its commercial space to Hapolaim Bank and Jerusalem Bank.
