A private Israeli company that develops and markets aluminum systems for the construction industry.
The company is located in Mishor Adumim Industrial Zone in the occupied West Bank.
In 2013, the company was granted approval for financial investment by the Ministry of Finance.
Following a long legal struggle of Palestinian workers, an Israeli labor court ruled in 2007 that the company must abide by Israeli labor law in its operations in the West Bank. However, the company has been arguing vis-a-vis the Israeli Labor Court that the legal framework governing the West Bank is that of (outdated) Jordanian Law (1967) with no applicable equal rights for the Palestinian worker that an Israeli worker can exercise in the same factory.
The company is owned by Rosa Gesundheit (Switzerland) and Alinin Holdings.
