Extal Factory | Edomim I.Z. | Dec 2007 | Photographed by Who Profits

An Israeli company that specializes in developing systems and manufacturing of aluminium profiles. The company operates in several fields of industry: construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and automotive. The company is located in the industrial zone of Mishor Adumim, a settlement in the West Bank. The company was theoretically compelled to abide by Israeli Labor law as a result of the long Palestinian workers' legal struggle that resulted in the 2007 Labor Court ruling. However, the company has been arguing vis-a-vis the Israeli Labor Court that the legal framework governing the West Bank is the outdated Jordanian Law (1967) with no applicable equal rights for the Palestinian worker that an Israeli worker can excersise in the same factory.

The company also supplies its products to many arms companies such as Rafael, Elbit Systems, Elta Systems and others.
