A construction company.

The company is currently building a housing project in the French Hill, a settlement neighborhood of East Jerusalem.

The company was involved in several construction projects in settlement neighborhoods of Jerusalem, including in Har Homa (Homat Shmuel), Pisgat Ze'ev and Ramat Shlomo, and in the construction of Israeli Police headquarters in area E-1 next to the settlement Ma'ale Adumim.

The company was involved in the planning and developing of a new settlement called Yael Hill (Giv'at Yael), on the lands of the Palestinian village of Walaja, through its subsidiary (50%) Yael Hill. The construction of this new settlement was halted by a verdict of the Israeli High Court of Justice in 2011. The HCJ approved a route of the Separation Wall, which expropriated privately owned lands of the residents of Walaja, but on the other hand, left some of lands allegedly own by Yael Hill in the Palestinian side of the wall, detaching them from Jerusalem and making the construction program unprofitable.
