The company is located in Mishor Adumim I.Z., the industrial zone of Maale Adumim settlement in the occupied West Bank.

Leumi Bank has provided loans to the company, holding as collateral the company’s contractual rights in accordance a development contract referring to an area of 2116 m2 in Mishor Adumim IZ, built on the lands of the Palestinian village of Khan al-Ahmar.
