The company provides economic planning services to transportation projects.
In 2008, the company submitted a report about the A1 fast train line from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This train line crosses into the occupied West Bank in two areas, and thus makes use of occupied Palestinian land for an exclusively Israeli transportation project.

The company’s ultimate owner is Dov Hoffman.
In 2016, the parent company P.G.L (also managed by Dov Hoffman) signed a contract with the Israeli Ministry of Transportation and Roads to provide an economic feasibility study for the railway development plans.
