It was contracted to supervise and control work by S.P.R. Construction for Israel Railways in section C of the A1 fast train line from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This section of the train line crosses into occupied Palestinian land and in some parts passes through privately owned Palestinian lands. The use of occupied Palestinian land and resources (such as extracted soil from the dug train tunnels) for an exclusively Israeli transportation project is illegal by international law.
