S.P.R. (Shapir Pizzarotti Railways) is a partnership of Shapir Engineering (Israel) and Pizzarotti (Italy) for the construction of section C of the fast train A1 Tel Aviv- Jerusalem.
The route in this section crosses the Green Line into occupied Palestinian land, taking over private Palestinian agricultural lands and using Palestinian natural resources for an exclusive Israeli infrastructure project.
