The winery's vineyards are located in Gush Etzion, an Israeli settlement area in the occupied West Bank, and the company offices are in Efrata settlement in Gush Etzion. Additionally, the winery owns a restaurant located in the Israeli settlement Alon Shvut in the occupied West Bank.
45.5% of company shares are held by the Rozenberg Winery, 6.5% mosre are held by that winery's owner, Shraga Rozenfeld, 40% of the shares are held by a foregn company Mgew LLC, and another 8% by the Tishbi Winery.
