A holding company for several furniture, household and carpet manufacturing companies. The company sells its products through its chain stores: Betili, I.D. Design and Carmel Carpets.

Subsidiary companies of Carmel Holdings include Barkan Carpets, now Caesarea Carpets, which owns factories and warehouses in the Industrial Zones of the illegal settlements of Shahak and Barkan in the occupied West Bank. Two other subsidiaries, Carmel Carpets and Ikoo Designs, operate factories in the Barkan Industrial Zone in the occupied West Bank.
