Through its subsidiary - Industrial Buildings in the North (50%), the company holds industrial spaces for rent in West Bank settlements: 6,600 square meter in Imanuel, 32,200 square meter in the Barkan Industrial Zone and 1,500 square meter in Neve Tzuf (Halamish) Industrial Zone.
The company is a subsidiary of the Ashtrom Group through its subsidiary Ashtrom Properties (63.30%).
Other major shareholders include: Harel Trust Funds and Harel Provident Funds, both are subsidiaries of Harel Insurance, Investments and Financial Services (7.57%) and Meitav Provident Funds (6.53%).
Chairman of the Board: Avraham Nussbaum, a shareholder and a director on Ashtrom's board of directors.
